Job Purpose
As a University Advisor, you will be joining a team of Christian professionals who will look for your expert guidance and advice to our high school students on a full range of education, career, and post-secondary options.
What you will do
Provide students with guidance on academic and career development in grades 9-12 through regular interviews and workshops.
Assist students and oversee progress through the college application process and transition to university, including essay and interview guidance.
Manage document application processes, including preparation and sending of recommendation letters and transcripts.
Schedule and conduct meetings and seminars for parents and college representatives; and coordinate events such as the annual College Night and Career Day.
Advise students on course selection and provide information on how their high school courses, achievements, and involvement will influence college admissions.
Keep informed on university landscape updates through networking with representatives, counselor community events, conferences, and campus visits.
Articulate the University Advising program and information to students, parents, and faculty in collaboration with various teams and offices.

We are looking for someone with
Strong passion and commitment to Christian education, and strive to make a difference especially in student academic and career progression.
Holder of a bachelor degree or above from accredited overseas universities.
Mature, independent, problem solver with tracked career preferably in educational planning or counseling.
Native or near native level of written English. Strong in oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and attentive to details, with good time management.
Be fully cognizant of the need to work outside normal school hours (after-school and weekends) as required.
